Congratulations to our 2021 Rookie of the Year (ROY), Landen Wiggins; and our 2021 Lifeguard of the Year (LOY), Vince Stirm! Your commitment to keeping the beach safe and helping others is nothing less than admirable!

Rookie of the Year & Lifeguard of the Year
Rookie of the Year, Landen, is a senior at Currituck High School. His plans after graduation include attending Old Dominion University with hopes of becoming a helicopter pilot in the Coast Guard.
Lifeguard of the Year, Vince, is a senior at Sewanee: The University Of The South. He is planning on graduating in the Spring of 2022 with a major in Natural Resources.
